ErtazaAbbas is a scammer and not a man of his words!

Salam,

I had sold my Corsair C70 Chassis to ErtazaAbbas (via reputable Pakistani Facebook group "PPG" of +30 members - most of Pakgamers sellers are already in it) in 7k with shipping. As always shipping was on buyer risk! Courier service of Ertaza's choice was "TCS LANDOVER" although I offered Daewoo service, but he rejected. I also sent him pictures of packing before the shipment (at that time he had no issue with it). After few days when he received the chassis, it was damaged due to poor handling of TCS. It was not my fault because shipping was on his risk, but still to compensate the loss I give him 2 choices.

• I will bear 25% loss (means I will return 25% of 7k)
• I will send 4k to ErtazaAbbas and the he will return the chassis.

What's more, Ertaza plainly concedes to the second option (screenshot attached) and after receiving 4k he totally changed his tone with a reply that now send me 3k more so I can ship the defected chassis back to you! Back off from words?

After this Admins of Facebook group and other reputable sellers on Pakgamers like Rehman Bhai try to convince him that you should return the chassis or give his 4k back! After long chat and tension of more than 1 day, he finally agrees on the deal with a "SHART" that I should apologize to him (ertaza) in the whole Facebook community of +30 members! Seriously? But still I forcefully made two posts of his ertaza choice and words (screenshot attached) in hope that I will receive my money back! But after those posts too ertaza again changed the tone and pick the first line that I will not ship the chassis! Give me 3k more.

Again back off? Summary! Now ertaza has 4k and chassis too! And he is asking for 3k more to return the case after all this!

Shipping Risk always on the buyer, he knows that, too. The DOA or damage shouldn't have compensated at the first place. He should have thankful to me that I was interested in compensation and I had sent him 4k too on his words at first place and also agreed to receive the the defective chassis! I try my best to make things better for both of us, but at the end he proved that he is a greedy prick! In whole conversation I call him bhai, rehman bhai call him shah jee and in return he called me idiot and insulted me in the whole group! Please tag some reputable sellers to school ertaza on online business deals.

Although this deal was not done on Pakgamers, but his mind will not be changed even in Germany or USA. So I will strongly recommend everyone to avoid dealing with him because he is a man living on lies and broken promises.

You should not have sent him 4k this quickly.

I saw / read the whole thing at Dacebook. I would strongly stick to buying / selling things within your city via H2H. There will always be people like this. Just take this as a lesson learn for your future.

wasey sahe game hogaya tumharey sath if he promised and did this in end .... but ... did you put foam or some protective thing around the case or not ??

Acha bhai sheraz claims me for scamming him for 4k.
Which is increased with passing time.
Now the scam is of 11k.
Okay coming to the topic

The seller send a HEAVY CASE IN A BOX OF WITHOUT THERMAL SHEETS OR ANY FOAM. AND HE BLAMES IT ON ME KE TCS WAS MY CHOICE.
I asked him in polite manner but all they asked was buyer'S RISK hota hai yeh.
Bhai shipper risk bikal hota hai.
But if you send a graphic card ina shopper? Is that buyer's fault. Wow
