Dota 2 patch 7.03 out with Co0o0ol Arcana

Valve recently released another patch numbering 7.03. The patch was expected before Kiev Major 2017's main event and here it is. Before going into all the general changes the two Most Exciting changes include

> Furiously, nippy and bone chilling Juggernaut's Arcana
> Monkey King availability in Captains Mode.

The two major highlights of patch are mentioned above. The long awaited arcana was released in this Patch which I must say is sweet and deadly as it sounds. No wonder it was the main focus of patch. The arcana comes with all new animations for:

• Loadout, Alternate Run, Teleport, Victory
• Custom Kill effect that triggers after a lethal crit or Omnislash, or on Triple Kills and higher
• All-new effects for: crits, Bladefury (works with existing custom Bladefury effects), and Omnislash
• A Dragon Spirit ancestor to aid the Juggernaut in times of need
• Altered Voice -
• Custom Hero Portrait -
• Custom Dragon Spirit Emoticon
  

Next everyone's newly emerging carry Monkey King was added to Captains Mode. Yeah right now you can play with Monkey King in Captains mode and fool around. I love this addition. Along these two news, Jakiro is also remodeled. Also new UI is added to Captains Mode:

Some other gameplay changes:

• XP Required to go from level 1 to level 6 increased by 15%, 300 XP total
• XP Required to go from level 9 to 13 redistributed from 700/720/740/1200 to 800/820/840/900
• AoE hero kill Gold and XP bounties reduced by 10% (including comeback gold and XP)
• Tier 1 Team Bounty reduced from 160 to 120
• Passive gold income reduced by 10%
• Reduced lane melee creeps base gold bounties by 2
• Increased lane melee creeps gold bounty per upgrade cycle by 1
• Reduced lane range creeps gold bounty per upgrade cycle by 1
• Shrines base HP regen reduced from 120 HP/sec to 100
• All towers base armor reduced by 4
• Towers now gain 2 armor per nearby enemy player within 1200 AoE
• Tier 1 Tower HP increased from 1300 to 1400
• Scan cooldown reduced from 270 seconds to 210
• Ranked All Pick hero selection time reduced from 35 seconds to 30 seconds

Yup. I guess so. The only time we changed playing style was after 7.00. After that things are back to normal.

Yar I have a team, we also play friendly matches with another local team every friday, and play 5 stack fun pubs on saturdays. I also stream most of the time. I am here to help, let me know what I can do to help further. I also like to cast Pakistani matches in Urdu, I think it's an exciting area, you can view my debut here

I think we can arrange some shitty tournament and cast it together and start from there.

I most probably won't play the game till MMR is removed or reworked. I remember how different this game was from HoN when I started playing. Patient, calm players. Now it's all pinoy bobo tang ina mo.

Yeah lol, random players are terrible, I'm only still playing cus I have 4-5 friends who play regularly and we all play together. Not that any of us calm, patient or good but we're friends so it's a good time

Dota is only fun when played with friends. Playing with random players is quite frustrated. Lets plan this weekend. Who is in??

I'd rather remain sane. I actually got to 4k two times, and discovered it as much of a shithole as 3k, if not more.
