Sony is refusing all refunds and asking to wait til Feb for the patches.
So, CDPR says go ahead with the refund but Sony refuses to do it. Bad guy Sony.

I don't think people realize that Sony's Refund policy is entirely geared towards you not being able to refund, and just exists in words only so that they can argue legally that they have a refund policy, while in reality, it does not.
DF rounding up their last gen coverage.
- XBX runs at the highest resolution but Pro is the best performing version.
- Base XBO is flat out terrible, can drop <720p and DF got a 1 full minute streaming hitch.

Everybody b talking about patching the game on consoles and shit when in reality even if you have a PC this game is a so n so experience, nothing like the Witcher 3. I guess on consoles they never actually got the chance to be able to experience the dreadful AI this game has, thats why they be like humen b dikhao xD
There are so many things wrong with this game then just the unplayable FPS issue on the base consoles and everytime i see a CDPR post all they do is apologize for the incompatibility of the game with the last gen consoles..
Cops deewar me se nikal k akar gaa*d me goli marna shuru hojate han, even if you bump into a cop they straight out blow the living day lights out of you. They spawn outa nowhere and disappear even faster when you drop the wanted level which is fucking easy you just grab a car or something and drive like a block or something away from where they are and they'll be totally chill with you. A bounty system on your head is missing where there should be a record of what crimes you committed and are hunted because of them something similar to red dead redemption heck even skyrim had that..
Then comes the AI for the NPCs, the normal ones which arent really a part of the story or any mission or arent vendors are a fucking joke, i saw a group crossing a street only to turn around and cross it again when they reach the other side and they keep on doing it over n over. You fire a gun 50 miles away and everyone within that 50 miles radius hits the floor or starts running n begging for mercy..
NPC driving is straight up bullshit like nashe me gaarhi chalate han and if there's even a slightest object in their path they be like nope and they stay there forever.. Last night i rammed into a truck with my bike, it made me fall off but as soon as i turned around to get back on it i saw the truck flying away as if it got an uppercut by Hulk.
Lastly the enemy AI, its what by far the least broken one, and that is not a compliment. The only reason i say this is because it gets the job done which it is suppose to i.e kill you BUT sometimes they just have a brainfart and stand there with their dicks in their hands while you blow their brains out. Stealth is so stupid.. you kill a person and dusra banda uski godh me betha hoga but they wont know what happened UNTIL YOU WALK OR RUN.
8 years of development and the best they could come up with were Abuses will lead to bancing teleporting cops.

Pardon me for this but what is the issue with game i just saw 2-3 glimpse videos and game looks good just what was promised?
Are there graphical/framerate/gameplay etc issues?
Btw this game had an open or close beta right?
This is what happen when u use less trained people on ambitious projects most awaited games are broken on release.
I just miss quality of content from sega console era...

I dont think games have looked any better since 2019 onwards and they are performing worse and worse. Game developers have really dropped the ball.
