[OT] CS:GO Private server issue on TRANSWORLD connection.

I am facing an issue when playing cs go with friends on private server/workshop map. The problem is that if my friends host (most of them have ptcl, some have nayatel and some have local cable net as well), Then only I get abnormal/about 320 ping while all my other friends get normal ping (below 90). And If I host the server/workshop map, Then Only I have normal ping while all my other friends get abnormal ping. I asked my friends for their public ip and did a trace route and ping. If I ping, it shows ping timeout and if I traceroute then after some successful hops, the traceroute fails/skips hops.
Is this because of NAT TYPE 3/strict??? or because of dynamic ip? Transworld are stubborn right now and are not changing my NAT TYPE without static ip (which is I guess 500 or more per month). I have played cs go on ptcl and I used to host private servers and everyone used to get normal ping and if my friends used to host then I used to get normal ping as well.
SO THE PROBLEM IS WITH TRANSWORLD FOR SURE. HOW DO I FIX THIS PROBLEM??

Guys I have a friend who also has transworld connection but he has nat type 2. I asked his public ip and I told my other friends (who use ptcl) to ping that ip and all of them are able to ping it and get normal ping. which means that the nat type 3 is causing issue on my end.
guys I have asked transworld about ten times to change my nat type and they have same answer all the time which is to get a static ip from us for 500 +tax per month.
HOW DO I GET MY NAT TYPE CHANGED FROM TRANSWORLD WITHOUT STATIC IP??? KINDLY HELP ME!!!

I just emailed them again to change my nat type to 2 for the purpose of online gaming (Along with the screenshot of the xbox connectivity where it says strict nat type) . but they are still saying that inorder to get nat type 2 you have to fill the form and get a static ip for 500 per month. HOW Do I get nat type 2 free of cost from Transworld.

You can't get it for free anymore.

They're being greedy and charging for static IP now no matter what.

Anyway to get the Nat type changed? because I can NEVER pay them a single penny to change my nat type as even ptcl provides nat type 2 for free and I don't want a static ip....

[MENTION=55554]shahanawp[/MENTION] tried asking them to change but they didn't refuse so he eventually just switched ISPs back to PTCL GPON and is satisfied with that.

Seems like a new policy since I had free NAT type 2 on TES back in November 2018. I think they started charging for it in March of this year.

Most small ISPs with limited IPs are charging for NAT type 2.
