Sorry for making a new thread, couldn't find relevant info in OT
I have complete my BSCS. I am opting for MSCS, or any Specialization in CS (probably AI, NLP or Game Design)
I want to do it from abroad most preferably. I have heard that Turkey and China offers complete scholarships plus stipend. Is there any other country which offers this.
And what is the procedure for application? Anyone who has experience of this. Please let me know in detail
Thank you very much in advance

What about the cost of living in germany
It varies from city to city. i.e. for Berlin, it's 1000 Euros per month, you'lll have to block certain amount in Deutche Bank after receiving approval of admission. Maybe, cost of 1 year which is 9000 euros for smaller cities like Siegen.

For USA you can try USEFP Fullbright scholarship, It's fully funded but you can't do any job there for period of you are studying. Also you can't select which university you want to go to but you provide them a list of the universities in the interview in the order you prefer. It's up to them to decide which University you'll get.

For more details head over to,

I'm in the same boat as you and since I want to do MS in Computer Graphics there are only a couple of universities that offer that program. The 2 famous ones being Cornell and Utah. So my plan is to apply it for that university every year till they give me these 2 universities xDDDD

For germany you could ask NaNow but from what I gathered you have to submit aroun 8-10 lacs after you get admission in your bank account. Every month you are allowed to take a specific amount plus you can do part time jobs there as well. Some Universities there are free but some take a fixed amount of sum for each semester which includes a metropolitan ticket or some shit which allows free transport through buses etc.

Sorry gave you the wrong link. Here is the correct one, the above is for post docs

https://www.usefpakistan.org/Programs/FulbrightDegree.cfm?Tab=Programs

It's gonna open up again in Feb or March I guess. You can try to prepare for GRE, IELTS in the meantime. One thing to note is they write that you have to serve your country for the same amount of time you spend
overseas studying but somehow I think the statement implies that this is only for Phds and not for Masters since they aren't usually provided the high post jobs in universities and other areas.
