I am acting as a consultant in a negotiation over selecting service provider candidates for a very large scale network deployment in a housing society in the vicinity of the new Islamabad International Airport (~2k acres). It will be an exclusive/BOT contract. I am approximating a total bandwidth requirement of at least 100-200Gbps within a decade*. The network will have to provide internet, cable, telephony, security, energy management and premises monitoring services.
Currently we are only negotiating with Multinet Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd. but I am also gearing towards Transworld Enterprise Services (Pvt.) Ltd.. If anybody has experience dealing with either on the corporate level, please share your experience or any contacts in TES that I can get related information out of.
* Single connections of 20Mbps and contention ratio of 10:1. There will also be commercial, health and educational entities operating which are not included.
