Connect gives me ~50% packet loss in csgo on basically all servers local or Dubai, Singapore, EU etc.
Everything else works fine and speed is also fine. The ping itself is ~30ms to Dubai which is very good but I just get packet loss.

The dealer says it's an issue with connect's main office or something.
Is there any fix to this? Do you all have this issue? Does a VPN help?

I'll appreciate any answers regarding the matter ^_^

Ask him to change the server IPs and see if the packet loss still persists.

If this doesn't solve the problem then he is better off contacting Connect support through email which is provided on their site. They are pretty responsive and usually are helpful in scenarios like this.

Edit: Nope, I'm not experiencing any packet loss to EU West servers.

Yes these are their new packages which have upto* in them. You may notice speed improvement over YouTube. Let's say you have 2 Mbps package, it will be 2 Mbps for everything and 4 Mbps for YouTube. So you get extra speed when browsing or streaming videos from YouTube.

I have their 3mb package, there is no change in speed. It is always 3mbps.

I think these packages are different from their regular blue, yellow, orange and red packages. On their site they have only mentioned YouTube. Facebook and Netflix are not or any other sites are not mentioned there.

[MENTION=130417]Rak101[/MENTION] Yes, only YouTube. Sorry I fixed previous post. I saw someone on their Facebook page mentioning Facebook, Netflix and YouTube. But I am not sure since I'm not subscribed to these new plus package. I have the classic 3mbps package.

You are giving price of their normal packages. Can you ask you dealer about the price of their new Plus Packages?

thats very low brother in our area that is gulistan e johar block 13. they are charging 1300 for connect 3mbps

my cable operator finnally got conenct reinstalled, i would like to know wht are the limits on connect packages as its not mentioned anywhere on website.
he told me tht connect 3mbps is not limited? and all above connections are limited upto 200gb/

Assalamualikum guys,
need some info recently switched my isp from ptcl to connect in shah latif town karachi, using 4mbps orange package of connect but in speed test getting 3.7 mbps result is it fine because ptcl offer accurate speed like on 4 mb you will get exactly 4 on speedtest, and also paying 1500 for 4mbps to dealer is price is fair according to other areas of karachi.

A friend of mine is having some issues with connect.
He says that he is barely getting 0.5-1.5mb speeds on connect orange package and gets variable packet loss in CS:GO (Doesn't matter which server)
When he emailed them regarding the issue they told him that some maintenance is being done on their side which should get resolved soon (This was 3 days ago)

Thank God I left connect. Now my current isp (Sky net) isn't the best, but it's miles better than anything connect has to offer

Connect doubled the speed few days ago for free, now i have 6mbps for 800/month, lets see if this continues.. BTW torrent speed is still capped at 200kbps max
