Yes they do.
Speed is capped on torrents.

They only throttle torrents, direct downloads should be according to your speed. If they are not, send a ticket to their support or contact your area dealer.

How much Connect provide upload speed on their connection? Like on their 20 or 30 Mbps package. do they provide same download and upload speed?
As I am looking for a connection to have a good upload speed.

Has anyone used Mi Router 3 on Connect NET? Initially, I couldn't locate PPTP setting, later I found it under VPN, Fetched IP from DHCP, Dialed through VPN, it does connect, but I am unable to browse the internet (DNS problem). If I dial from my laptop in the same setting it works. Is it the router which is creating trouble or Am I missing something?

No you cant. These are only for Brown package.

How to apply them? Well open your router settings in browser and then:

1. Click on Network>WAN
2. There should be a field name 'Server IP Address/Name' and it should have something like 'orange.connect.pk" in it if you have orange package.
3. Simply replace this by the IP provided in the above post then save the settings. It might take a minute to connect.

Mind you, this is for those people who have router connected, if you are directly using Connect, then there's another tutorial for that in the above post.

Torrent cap is removed at night after 3AM I think. Not sure now.

Others have suggested VPNs for bypassing throttling but IDK if that works or not.

Cap still not removed after 3AM. I'm up till sehri that's 4am and still doesn't cut below 150kbps on my Orange package. Can't belive they're still doing this in 2018 where they have so much competitors now.

I can't say much now about this because I haven't downloaded any torrent at midnight for a long time now but this 3AM thingy used to be the case back then.

This torrent throttling is the only downside of Connect for me. Try VPNs and see if they might help. There were some guys discussing those here I think.

after 2 months of not facing any sort of fuck shit from connect, until now, I am facing packet loss after each 20 seconds which fucks my gameplay up. The IP change solution which u gotta put in your router's settings worked but now after 2 months, I been constantly facing packet loss drops, are others facing this too or its just me? holla at me por favor plz

Connect gives me ~50% packet loss in csgo on basically all servers local or Dubai, Singapore, EU etc.
Everything else works fine and speed is also fine. The ping itself is ~30ms to Dubai which is very good but I just get packet loss.

The dealer says it's an issue with connect's main office or something.
Is there any fix to this? Do you all have this issue? Does a VPN help?

I'll appreciate any answers regarding the matter ^_^
