Connect gives me ~50% packet loss in csgo on basically all servers local or Dubai, Singapore, EU etc.
Everything else works fine and speed is also fine. The ping itself is ~30ms to Dubai which is very good but I just get packet loss.
The dealer says it's an issue with connect's main office or something.
Is there any fix to this? Do you all have this issue? Does a VPN help?

If this doesn't solve the problem then he is better off contacting Connect support through email which is provided on their site. They are pretty responsive and usually are helpful in scenarios like this.
Edit: Nope, I'm not experiencing any packet loss to EU West servers.
