During "peak times", mostly around 4PM - 4AM online gaming has been impossible.
It feels like there's a lot of packet loss, and the pings are way too inconsistent. Has anyone else been having this issue? Only reason I chose Connect over PTCL in the first place was because they were more stable and they truly were for over a year now but this is just annoying.
Apparently other ISPs are also having the same issue.

This just pretty annoying, disconnects, high ping, i can't Abuses will lead to ban play LoL anymore. And the most annoying thing is there is no other better alternative to connect? Anybody else in the same boat?
Not facing any of the above mentioned issues. Have you tried complaining to your dealer? Or better yet, complain at the Connect's email support. If you seem angry enough in your email and mention the word 'PTA' in it atleast once, they react abnormally fast and will contact your dealer themselves to sort out your issue.
I just got this ISP installed like yesterday. For the whole thing they charged me 3500. I have the package orange (3 MBPS) and I think its pretty decent as they said about the downloading speeds that they double up in the night time. I'd suggest people to go for this ISP. To me, it proved out to be a good connection, not even facing any lags. I used to game on a shitty ISP named "Wi-Tribe" and their company was just lame, charging me so much for a shitty 2 MBPS package with a horrible ping experience. With Connect Communications, I get 203-204 ping on USA servers while on Wi-Tribe, I used to get 280-300 ping. On EU 130-150, sometimes 180. On SEA, it'd go 60-80 and on Dubai servers, it'd go 30-40 which is a pretty decent experience. But please make sure to know that how good is your cable wala, if he's good then you're good to go cause the one who got my things installed said that he'll come in 20 minutes to fix my connection up if it doesn't works or faces any issues. I am satisfied with the service.
Yup, I'm having the exact same issues. Curiously are you in Karachi? Because most of the people that are reporting this seem to be from here.
I want to connect my ps4 via lan cable. What will be the settings for ps4? Currently i m using yellow connection with router.

Using Yellow package. Have been noticing that the Internet IP which is being assigned by connect is of China(IP starting from 122.*.*.*).
This results in slightly higher ping, and if we browse web, we get chinese content.
Anyone here getting such IPs?

Yeah this packet loss thing is happening to me since yesterday. And was happening few weeks back as well. I will call my dealer after Aftaar today. If you call Connect and tell them this issue they say everything is fine at their end and suggests different troubleshooting methods but that cant be true because another PG member who lives in different area uses connect and we both checked together by joining the same servers of different games. The ping it was showing was fine and is fine right now as well but due to packet loss any game is highly unplayable.

My friend in defence was using connect but then their dealer changed to Ebravo and its Abuses will lead to banin awesome. You can play games on 140 ping while some1 else is browsing the web or watching a video on youtube or something. Doesn't happen with connect ;s

Can anyone recommend me a good desktop VPN? I am trying to stream iptv channels but the speed is capped at 150kbp/sec while normal downloads are 450kbps... And these caps don't get unlocked even after 1am in the midnight, any work around for this?
The Ebravo that you are talking is actually National broadband (NBB) . my dealer recently changed isp from NBB to dreamnet ! Pro of NBB as you said very low latency even if you downloading+upload+streaming at same time and symmetrical speeds where as dreamnet service is like it used to be year back if your downloading then webpages will take ages to load ...
I think it'd be much better ;s connect is just bullshitting now, disconnects, high pings etc etc on a much more frequent basis. There is no other option. PTCL is shitty as always.

I dont think games have looked any better since 2019 onwards and they are performing worse and worse. Game developers have really dropped the ball.
