Cellphone suggestion required in mid range (25-30k)

AOA everyone

Unfortunately the Oppo N1-mini that a family member was using for around 5 years has to be changed as I did the mistake of getting its battery changed 2 days back and now its as they say jo chal raha tha us kaam sa bhi gaya....

Anyways, need suggestion please as am not sure which models are worth looking into as I've been completely out of touch. Need it for basic working, I think following specs would do.

RAM 4GB
Internal Memory 64/128 GB
SD Card slot
Good camera
and most importantly good built quality
budget is around 25-30k but can go upto max 35k if need be.

Kindly advise.

Poco X3 NFC version but it is too heavy.
