Can somebody give me a summary on AMD CPUs after Phenom II?

Hi!
There was a time where I memorized every new CPU series and stuff but I stopped. I have no idea what AMD released after Phenom II series. These new APUs and separate CPUs, I don't know which is which now but I've been following Intel pretty well.

But AMD, maybe they don't promote much so I don't know. Can somebody give me a brief summary of AMD's new series and stuff? I don't get the new terminology as well with these FX-something. Which ones are mainstream, which ones aren't? Does AMD still have dedicated CPUs or is it APU only?

They don't sell in Pakistan so what is the point?? At some point we have to stop sucking in all the info on the Internet and prioritize on things which affect us.
