Call of Duty: Ghosts pings / servers question

Hey guys,
For those of you playing CoD Ghosts on PC or PS4 .. what are the pings like? Does it allow making you a local server so you get good pings when playing with local players only? Or do we still get to play on EU / UAE servers and suffer 200ms-ish pings?

Wanna know for sure before I shell out the 2.5-5k rupees for this.
I'm leaning towards buying it on PC since its cheaper and I'm more used to mouse+kb .. the ps4 demo I downloaded no longer has multiplayer access so I cant check the pings there.

Don't go for Ghost lol. I'll suggest to buy Black Ops 2 as most of PK players are on it.

Regarding pings Ghost and Bo2 both have somewhat same pings (>180) but there are lots of jerks in Ghost while BO2 is quite smooth. Yes you can create private matches which will provide good pings but you can't create dedicated server in both of them. In MW3 you can create dedicated server also but as I said most of PK players are playing BO2 after big failure of Ghost.

I would also recommend BO2 instead of Ghost.
