Buying Certificate

Hello guys one of my colleague wants a certificate for his cousin, but he wants to buy the certificate without training,
We have searched many institutes in fsd but in vain, they arent providing the certificate without training,
Si i want to ask if any institute around you can provide us certificate without training then we can pay for the deamnded price

He wants the certificate of web development BTW

bhai I dont know and dont care about law related to this coz I am not getting it for myself, he just asked me that he needs it urgently , maybe its for a girl or whatever the issue is ,

and if he can pay he will pay , because having certificates are useless , bcz he cant buy skills along it , anyways , I am just gonna forward , god knows what kind of problem he is in or his cousin

You should inform him that what he's looking for is illegal and a crime. Don't aid in illegal activity in negligence, or worse, naivety.
