Package includes: Console , 120 GB hdd, Power brick (150W light one), 1 x Black Wireless controller , All the leads , Black Headphones , ethernet cable, all manuals and booklets in original box.

Xbox 360 is modded and never banned on XBOX LIVE.

Yeah sooooooooo!!!!!!!! I cant give warranty on a modified XBOX 360 as its been opened to modify & microsoft warranty voids once the seal has been broken. I am giving warranty of the modification that this modification will never get you banned on XBOX Live what so ever. I dont know what was so unclear in that sentence & which part of this sentence you didn't understand.
