The Marvel Cinematic Universe is slowly starting to get a little more diverse, thanks to the addition of Black Panther and Captain Marvel movies to the MCU lineup. With Marvel confirming at San Diego Comic-Con yesterday that Brie Larson will be playing Carol Danvers in the upcoming Captain Marvel solo movie, the MCU will finally see a female character in a lead role instead of a supporting one.
While that is good news for diversity in comic book movies, it may come as a bitter pill to fans who have been hoping that Black Widow would be the first female superhero to have her own standalone Marvel movie. The possibility of a Black Widow solo movie has been the topic of much discussion since Scarlett Johansson first appeared in the role in Iron Man 2, but so far no such movie has yet been announced. If it were, though, there is at least one person who would be interested in directing it.
That person is Joss Whedon, who previously directed Avengers and Avengers: Age of Ultron for Marvel. While he stepped out of the director’s chair after Age of Ultron, that does not mean he would be unwilling to return to the role. While speaking to IGNat San Diego Comic-Con, Whedon was asked if he had any interest in directing a Black widow movie. Whedon said he would definitely be up for the job:

“If somebody pointed to me and said, ‘You want to make a Black Widow movie?’ the answer would be ‘Duh.’ For two reasons: I think that character really is very interesting and very earthbound and so it’s the kind of action that I got to do less of with somebody like Thor or The Vision. When you get into your Superman territory it’s harder to maintain that sort of gritty action that the Russo brothers do so beautifully. And she’s got that kind of thing… and really do a spy thriller, really do a good, paranoid sort of John LeCarré on crack sort of thing. Also, Scarlett Johansson is just delightful. She works really hard, but she just spends most of her time cracking me up, so it would be a fun shoot.”

While Whedon’s experience with directing Age of Ultron seems to have been a somewhat negative one, including some clashes with Marvel over the direction of the movie, that does not necessarily mean that Whedon is done with the MCU. The work he put into the first Avengers movie in particular helped lay the groundwork for the MCU as it exists today, showing for the first time that a superhero movie with a big ensemble cast could be done successfully. As someone who has been an outspoken feminist, Whedon would make a good choice for Black Widow director, although one could argue that a female director would be an even better choice.
With so many people involved in the MCU wanting a Black Widow movie to happen, including Whedon, Captain America: Civil War‘s Anthony Mackie, Civil War writers Joe and Anthony Russo, and Marvel Studios head Kevin Feige himself, it seems like only a matter of time before fans of Johansson’s work get their wish. With Warner Bros. Pictures stepping up their game at San Diego Comic-Con with a very strong trailer for the women-led Wonder Woman from director Patty Jenkins, now is the time for Marvel to step up its game in return and give fans what they have been asking for for years now.

Screen Rant will provide any details on a possible Black Widow solo movie as they become available. Doctor Strange opens November 4, 2016; Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 – May 5, 2017; Spider-Man: Homecoming – July 7, 2017; Thor: Ragnarok – November 3, 2017; Black Panther – February 16, 2018; Avengers: Infinity War Part 1 – May 4, 2018; Ant-Man and the Wasp – July 6, 2018; Captain Marvel– March 8, 2019;Avengers: Infinity War Part 2– May 3, 2019; and as-yet untitled Marvel movies on July 12, 2019, and on May 1, July 10, and November 6 in 2020.

Scarlett Johansson: Black Widow Solo Movie is ‘A Possibility’

While Iron Man 2 is considered one of the weaker films within the MCU, if there is one saving grace to come out of the movie it was Scarlett Johansson being cast as Natasha Romanoff aka Black Widow. She quickly stole the hearts of viewers, and Marvel gave her increasingly larger roles, such as being the unofficial co-lead of Captain America: The Winter Soldier. This is seemingly where the push for a Black Widow solo movie started, but the call for action became the loudest earlier this year in the lead up and fall out of Captain America: Civil War.
Even though viewers have had the chance to get to know Romanoff briefly, there is still much about the character’s past experiences and current whereabouts that remain a mystery. With more people getting behind the Black Widow push, it seems like it is only a matter of time before an official announcement is made. In the meantime, Johansson believes the potential solo film will remain a possibility as long as fans express their desire to see it.

Variety recently talked to Johansson about her role as Black Widow and journey through the MCU, but the conversation eventually turned to prospects of the character’s future. Between Kevin Feige stating they are “committed” to a solo film, the Russo brothers hoping for the movie, and Joss Whedon being interested to direct, there is a lot of momentum just this year behind the project, and Johansson is obviously onboard under the right circumstances.
I would like for it to happen under the right circumstances. I think there’s a lot of opportunity to mine that story line. She’s got a really rich origins story. There’s a lot of places you can go — you can bring it back to Russia. You could explore the Widow program. There’s all kinds of stuff that you could do with it. You could really uncover the identity of who this person is, where she comes from and where she’s part of.

As for what kind of movie would be made, Johansson could see either a prequel/origin story being told or the fallout of recent and future events being explored. No matter what direction the film takes, she wants it to be its own thing and thinks it is up to fans to make Marvel know how many people are interested.
It’s a possibility. There’s plenty of back story. Or not. It could be something else. Where do the Avengers go? They are underground. What happens then? What happens after it all falls apart? There are so many ways you can go. I think it would just have to be very much like its own specific thing. It would have to have its own specific vibe. It would have been totally different than any of the other standalone films. I think if the fans wanted it enough, then it would probably become a reality.

Johansson has already been in this role for six years, but could have many more years ahead of her in the suit. Still, she is not thrilled with wearing the leather, skin-tight outfit but will make it work for the time being. Any solo film will have to follow events of the larger films and most likely come in Phase 4, but conversations are still ongoing about the possibilities.
Yeah, of course. I talked to them about it often. It would have to fit in the idea of where they want to go. I’m invested in that character. Marvel is greatly invested in that character. If I did it, I’d have to do it while I still actually wanted to wear a skin-tight catsuit. I don’t know how much longer that’s going to be.

If there is a sticking point to Johansson not wanting to wear the Black Widow suit, they could easily go down a similar route as Winter Soldier where she is undercover and doesn’t need to wear the outfit. If the wardrobe is the biggest complication in getting a Black Widow film, then chances of it being made are probably high. After all, Thanos could very well kill most of the familiar faces from Phases 1 and 2, and leaving Widow as a leading member of the Avengers post-Thanos would be interesting.
This solo film has the potential to bring a Bourne style flavor to the MCU. This has briefly been touched upon in Winter Soldier, but going full-on spy film would be a different take. There is also very little risk it would appear for Marvel to make a profit on the film. Johansson proved with Lucy that she can carry a film and is a big enough name to bring people in, so when the Marvel Studios logo is slapped in front of the film and a cameo or two from other MCU character are included, it is hard to imagine it being a failure.
There is currently no official plans for a Black Widow solo film, but Screen Rant will update you on any and all developments.
Doctor Strange opens November 4, 2016; Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 – May 5, 2017; Spider-Man: Homecoming– July 7, 2017; Thor: Ragnarok – November 3, 2017; Black Panther – February 16, 2018;Avengers: Infinity War – May 4, 2018; Ant-Man and the Wasp – July 6, 2018; Captain Marvel– March 8, 2019; Untitled Avengers– May 3, 2019; and as-yet untitled Marvel movies on July 12, 2019, and on May 1, July 10, and November 6 in 2020.

if there is a blackwidow movie for sure hawkeye would be in it, they are a duo in their missions at most :)
Yeah, that's true. They could make it a duo film, giving both of them equal development. That would be a good decision actually. I just want more Hawkeye in MCU movies. His character can be so entertaining. :D

Marvel’s Black Widow Movie Reportedly Targeting 2020 Release A new report suggests that the potential Black Widow movie may release in theaters in 2020. Marvel Studios is finally moving forward with the standalone film starring Scarlett Johansson as Natasha Romanoff, aka Black Widow, after years of discussing its possibility. The studio recently hired Blacklist and Olaf’s Frozen Adventure scribe Jac Schaeffer to pen the screenplay for Black Widow, and Schaeffer is reportedly looking to meet with Johansson soon to discuss the particulars.Black Widow is one of the MCU’s original superheroes; Johansson made her debut as the S.H.I.E.L.D. agent-turned-Avenger in Jon Favreau’s Iron Man 2. And while audiences have been waiting years for Marvel to give the character her own solo movie, the studio constantly danced around the subject until finally putting it into development last week. Unfortunately, there’s no guarantee that the movie will happen, but it seems that the studio is hoping to release the movie within the next few years.Daily Mail reports that Marvel Studios is planning on releasing the Black Widow movie sometime in 2020, which should be doable considering that the script is already being worked on. Of course, the next step would be selecting a director and then a production team. And the film would need to go into production in 2019 in order to make one of Marvel’s three mystery 2020 release dates. At the moment, the only MCU movie slated to release in 2020 is James Gunn’s Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, a release frame the director hinted at in summer 2017 and then recently reaffirmed. Since Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 opened in May 2017 and performed exceptionally well at the box office in that frame, Marvel may want to release the upcoming sequel in May 2020. That means, if Black Widow does indeed release in 2020, it will either hit theaters in August or November. Seeing as Doctor Strange released in November 2016, it’s possible that Marvel would want to release Scott Derrickson’s Doctor Strange 2 in November 2020, which leaves the unclaimed August release for Black Widow.Again, the Black Widow movie is still in the early stages of development has not officially been given the green light from Marvel Studios. If the movie does happen, though, and if it manages to outperform virtually every other MCU movie thus far by grossing more than $900 million globally, Johansson is expected to earn quite the payday. But, it doesn’t have to release in 2020 for that to happen; it can also hit theaters in 2021. We’ll just have to wait and see what happens.Source: Daily Mail

[h=1]Black Widow Movie Hires Cate Shortland As First Solo MCU Female Director[/h]

Cate Shortland is the choice to direct Black Widow. Marvel Studios has had Scarlett Johansson waiting in the wings for a solo movie for nearly a decade, and they're finally moving forward with such a film. The movie hired writer Jac Shaeffer earlier this year to develop a script for the Johansson-leading vehicle. In the months since, Marvel's been thoroughly searching for a director with the intention of hiring their first solo female director.
Over time, various names surfaced out of the 65 people who met for the job. Throughout it all, though, one name continued to come out on top. Cate Shortland (Berlin Syndrome) wasviewed as the frontrunner to direct Black Widow and now the job is hers.

THR broke the news that Shortland has signed on to direct Black Widow for Marvel Studios. She becomes the first female to solely direct an MCU film, after Anna Boden co-directing Captain Marvel with Ryan Fleck. Shortland most recently directed the indie thriller/drama Berlin Syndrome starring Teresa Palmer, but made her directorial debut with Somersault and then followed it up with Lore in 2012. Black Widow will be her first venture into blockbuster style filmmaking.

Now that Shortland is signed on to direct Black Widow, the project's future looks better than ever. Marvel Studios is being purposefully cagey about the plans after Avengers 4, but Black Widow is certainly in those plans. Shortland's hiring at this stage and previous reports of crew members being hired strongly points to a 2020 release for Johansson's solo movie. Again, all of this still needs to be confirmed by Marvel, but they do have a July 2020 release date currently free that this female-led spy film could one day occupy.
When it comes to further details on Black Widow, though, that's where the project becomes a bit more mysterious. There have been reports before that the movie will be a prequel. Reports also linked Sebastian Stan to Black Widow where he can reprise his role as the Winter Soldier prior to his hero days. Black Widow's Avengers 4 fate still remains in question thanks to the possible prequel setting. Fans could see her die for real next May, only to see her origin story the year after potentially.
If Black Widow continues to move ahead smoothly, then it hopefully won't be that much longer before more details surface. Unfortunately, Marvel may not confirm anything about the movie until right before filming could possibly begin due to the release of Avengers 4 and trying to prevent spoilers.

[h=1]Black Widow Will Reportedly Start Filming By The End Of Next Month[/h]

Marvel Studios and Disney's Black Widow solo movie, starring Scarlett Johansson as the titular superhero, will reportedly start filming at the end of next month. Rumor has it that Marvel at one time considered making Black Widow their first-ever R-rated MCU film, but thus far nothing has been confirmed about the movie's possible tone, or whether it might push the envelope for content in the manner of other R-rated comic book movies likeDeadpool or Logan.
Originally introduced in 1940, the original Black Widow aka Claire Voyant was the first female superhero in comics history. The Black Widow codename was later revived by Stan Lee and his team in 1964, and it's this second incarnation of the character - real name Natasha Romanoff - that came to be embodied by Johansson in the Marvel movies, beginning with Iron Man 2 and continuing on through last year's Avengers: Infinity War. After years of fans clamoring for the character to get her own cinematic showcase, Marvel finally announced last year that Black Widow will indeed get her own solo movie, with Cate Shortland (Lore) taking on directorial duties.

The GWW now reports that Shortland, Johansson and company will start filming the long-awaited Black Widow on Feb. 28. The film is expected to shoot in Croatia and Miami, and production is expected to run through March. Plot details have not been confirmed, but a recent casting breakdown did give some clues about characters, including the main villain, who is described as "exciting" as well as another character described as a "female Bond" and yet another who is said to be a "conniving female villain" in her 50s.

As for the creative team behind Black Widow, the film has recruited Mission: Impossible - Fallout cinematographer Rob Hardy to shoot the film, perhaps hinting that it will have a big action element similar to the stunt-heavy Tom Cruise blockbuster. There has also been speculation about a possible Black Widow connection to Captain Marvel, after Black Widow screenwriter Jac Schaeffer received an unexpected writing credit on the other upcoming female-led MCU movie. At least one report about the movie's possible storyline has been shot down, after it was revealed a synopsis that circulated on the internet was actually from an old Black Widow project that was shelved.

Unsurprisingly given Marvel and Disney's commitment to secrecy, details on Black Widow remain largely veiled in mystery at the present time. But with the film getting set to go before cameras as soon as next month, casting reports should come flooding in shortly, and with them will come many more clues about what Kevin Feige and company have in store for all the Black Widow fans who've been waiting so patiently for the character to finally get her own spotlight movie.

[h=1]Kevin Feige Says Black Widow Movie Will NOT Be R-Rated[/h]

Kevin Feige debunks rumors suggesting the Black Widow solo movie would be R-rated. Nearly a decade after her introduction into the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Natasha Romanoff is finally going to be the subject of her own standalone vehicle. Marvel Studios started to make progress on the film last year, hiring Cate Shortland to direct and more recently bringing in Ned Benson to handle script rewrites. Though Black Widow has not been officially dated on the MCU's post-Endgame slate, it's expected to begin shooting this summer ahead of a tentative 2020 premiere.
Last month, an interesting report came out indicating Marvel was contemplating making Black Widow their first R-rated production. Since its genesis with the original Iron Man, all of the MCU installments have been PG-13, and judging by the $17 billion collective worldwide gross, that's a formula that works. However, films like Deadpool and Logan proved there was an audience for more adult-orientated material, so it wasn't surprising to hear Marvel was at least considering it. However, this bit of speculation can now firmly be debunked.

In an interview with Comic Book, Feige was asked about the possibility Black Widow is made for an R rating. The Marvel boss said that was never in the cards:
"It never was going to be. Somebody writes, 'I hear it's R-rated!' And then everybody writes it up."

Given Black Widow's dark backstory and history with espionage, it wouldn't be farfetched for her to headline an R-rated movie that takes a hard-hitting approach to its narrative and themes. That being said, there's no need for Marvel to take things that extreme here. In the past, some comic book movies (like The Dark Knight) toed the boundaries of what's acceptable within the PG-13 rating and turned out fine from an artistic perspective. If Black Widow is tonally similar to Captain America: The Winter Soldier, that would probably please many fans. Additionally, there are other factors to keep in mind. An R-rating limits Black Widow's target audience, and Marvel surely has a plethora of tie-in merchandise (including toys) they'd want to sell as part of the marketing campaign.

This doesn't mean there will never be an R-rated film in the MCU, but it's clearly not something Feige is seriously considering at this point in time. Even though Disney is about to finalize their acquisition of Fox (and the X-Mencharacters that come with it), Bob Iger has stated
future R-rated Deadpoolmovies may be separate from the MCU in order to avoid confusing viewers. As stated above, there isn't a clear incentive for the MCU to go all-in on an R-rating, as they're currently in the midst of an unprecedented hot streak of critically acclaimed blockbusters. Black Widow is a character that's thrived and became a fan-favorite within the confines of PG-13, so Shortland and crew should be able to deliver something compelling with their project.

[h=1]David Harbour Joins Marvel's Black Widow Cast; Rachel Weisz in Talks[/h]

Stranger Things actor David Harbour has joined the cast of Marvel's Black Widow. Aside from Clint Barton, Scarlett Johansson's Natasha Romanoff is the only member of the Marvel Cinematic Universe's original Avengers teamthat hasn't gotten a solo adventure of their own yet. (Well, okay, technically Mark Ruffalo's Bruce Banner hasn't either.) Marvel Studios head Kevin Feige has talked about making a Black Widow movie many times over the years, but an actual film has yet to happen.
However, that's about to change, now that Phase 4 of the MCU is starting to come together. Johansson is set to reprise her role as the KGB spy-assassin turned S.H.I.E.L.D. agent in a Black Widow solo adventure, which is currently in pre-production. There's a lot that's unknown about the movie at the moment, including where it takes place in the MCU timeline and how - if at all - its story will be impacted by Phase 3's conclusion, Avengers: Endgame. Nevertheless, with a June production start date being targeted, the film's cast is beginning to come together now.

THR reports that Harbour has joined Johansson and Florence Pugh (Fighting with My Family) in the Black Widow cast. Meanwhile, in a separate write-up,Variety revealed that Oscar-winner Rachel Weisz has entered talks to play a role in the film. Details beyond that are being kept firmly under-wraps for the time being.

Harbour, for his part, has quickly gone from being a respected character actor to an in-demand star, thanks to his ongoing role as the loveably grouchy Chief Jim Hopper on Netflix's Stranger Things. The actor has played supporting roles in comic book movies past (namely, Suicide Squad), but will make the jump to leading man with his turn in this month's Hellboy movie reboot, ahead of Stranger Things 3's premiere in early July. Weisz, meanwhile, is coming off a fresh Oscar nomination for her performance in Yorgos Lanthimos' acclaimed Queen Ann memoir The Favourite. She's actually the latest Academy favorite to circle an upcoming role in the MCU, following on the heels of Angelina Jolie entering talks for The Eternals last week.

It's fitting that The Eternals and Black Widow are attracting the cream of the crop when it comes to actresses. Both films are being directed by celebrated female directors in the forms of
Chloé Zhao (The Rider) and Cate Shortland (Lore), respectively, and have the potential to reach new heights of creative achievement for the MCU brand at large. They're also worlds apart in terms of genre; The Eternals is expected to be a cosmic soap opera, whereas Black Widow should play out more like an assassin thriller in the vein of the Jason Bourne movies. That'll be all the more important moving forward, as the MCU leaves the Infinity Saga behind for different pastures.

[h=1]Marvel Studios' Black Widow Casts Ray Winstone[/h]

Ray Winstone is joining the Marvel Cinematic Universe as a cast member for Black Widow. After years of requests, Marvel Studios is finally giving Scarlett Johansson a solo movie. She made her debut as Natasha Romanoff in Iron Man 2 and quickly turned the S.H.I.E.L.D. agent into a fan-favorite character. This continued all the way through Avengers: Endgame, which is why her death in that movie hit other heroes and audiences hard. Thankfully, that won't be the end of her story, in a way.
Because of her Avengers: Endgame fate, Black Widow is expected to be a prequel movie for the MCU. The film, which has yet to be officially announced by Marvel, is directed by Cate Shortland. Johansson is the unquestioned star of Black Widow, but Marvel has put a great supporting cast around her that includes Florence Pugh, Rachel Weitz, and David Harbour. Now, they've added another veteran of Hollywood to the cast.

According to Variety, Ray Winstone has joined the cast of Black Widow. With his casting and all other Black Widow details unconfirmed by Marvel, there are no details on who he is playing at this time. Winstone's last few forays into blockbuster movies include the Point Break remake, Darren Aronofsky's Noah, and Snow White and the Huntsman. He also had a prominent role in The Departed in 2006.

Even though this report does not share details on who Winstone will be playing, previously revealed character breakdowns could offer some insight into his role. One role that Marvel was looking to fill was that of a European Caucasian male who was roughly 50-60 years old. The UK born 62-year-old actor is a fit on paper. Unfortunately, that is all of the information that the breakdown provided. The role is expected to be a supporting one, but it could've also changed as a result of the late rewrites done by Ned Benson.

The timing of Winstone's casting should mean that he may not wait long to begin filming if he hasn't already.
Production is currently underway, so he could report to set any day now to begin working on Black Widow. At this point, any possible details about his role or the film as a whole will likely not arrive until San Diego Comic-Con, where Marvel Studios is reportedly set to have a panel. This is where they could confirm character details, when the film takes place, and what the plot is. Until then, we could hear about a few other Black Widow casting developments soon.

[h=1]Black Widow Movie Villain Confirmed As Taskmaster[/h]

Footage shown at San Diego Comic-Con 2019 revealed a fan-favorite comic book villain, Taskmaster. With the Black Widow solo movie fast approaching its May 1, 2020 release date, details are finally starting to trickle in regarding the long-in-development Scarlett Johansson vehicle.
After years of rumors, months of casting, and filming news, SDCC 2019 marked the formal unveiling of Black Widow, with a sizzle reel of exciting footage showcasing tons of action, story, and the surprise appearance of one of the most dangerous mercenaries in comic book history: Taskmaster.

Near the end of the extensive footage shown to Hall H attendees, the iconic villain revealed himself, a striking silhouette emerging from a wall of fire to show his skull-masked visage to Black Widow before engaging the super spy in a one-on-one battle. Though the footage stopped short of revealing the identity of the actor playing Taskmaster, it certainly seems as though he'll be one of the main antagonists - if not the big bad himself - in the hotly anticipated film.

While Taskmaster is relatively unknown to the mainstream MCU audience, comic book fans are surely familiar with the character. He infamously possesses the superpower of "photographic reflexes." This allows him to effortlessly copy any combat moves, as long as he sees them once. This uncanny ability allows him to match blows with even the most skilled hand-to-hand fighters from across the Marvel Universe. Indeed, the footage shown at SDCC features Taskmaster perfectly parrying every attack the red-haired agent throws his way, indicating his unique ability will make an appearance in the movie.

In the world of Marvel licensing, everything is connected, or at least seems that way. Compared to villains like Bullseye or Omega Red, Taskmaster is far from a household name, but he has seen a recent surge of popularity thanks to his appearances in
Marvel's Spider-Man for PlayStation 4 and the upcomingMarvel's Avengers. Notably, footage of Marvel's Avengers shown at E3 2019 involved Taskmaster and Black Widow in a pulse-pounding boss battle. It could just be a coincidence, but it certainly appears as though the stage has been set for Taskmaster to take his place among the pantheon of well known comic book rogues.

Whatever the case may be, fans have been looking forward to a Black Widowsolo movie for a long time. Following her debut appearance in 2010's
Iron Man 2, rumors and speculation immediately began to swirl regarding the character starring as the title character in her own MCU film. For one reason or another, nothing came together until now, and the film is set to release in May 2020, around one year after Captain Marvel, the first MCU film with a female lead. Nevertheless, following Black Widow's game-changing role in Avengers: Endgame, hopes are high that this solo movie will give the character the send-off she deserves.

[h=1]Black Widow Movie Is Set Between Civil War & Infinity War[/h]

The Black Widow movie has revealed its place within the larger Marvel timeline. After Captain America: Civil War served as something of a game-changer for the Marvel Cinematic Universe, many of the movies released in its wake worked within the new status quo of the Sokovia Accords. Films likeBlack Panther, Spider-Man: Homecoming, and Ant-Man & The Wasp all used the events of Civil War as a starting point for their own storylines.
Thanks to new revelations at San Diego Comic-Con, we can now add Black Widow to the list. During the SDCC panel for Marvel's upcoming film suite, the mighty blockbuster studio confirmed the film's setting as after Captain America: Civil War, and before Avengers: Infinity War.

The debut footage shown to Hall H attendees began with a montage of Black Widow quotes from across her many MCU appearances, and ended with Tony Stark's ominous warning from the end of 2016's Captain America: Civil War: "They're coming for you." Then, the excitement truly began, showing off a series of fast-paced action scenes, culminating in the surprise appearance ofTaskmaster as the film's villain.

It's Tony's warning, "They're coming for you," which serves as the impetus for the events of Black Widow. The film sees Natasha on the run in Budapest, an important location for fans of the character. Thanks to her actions, aiding Captain America and Bucky Barnes in Civil War's thrilling airport battle, she ends the movie on bad terms with the United Nations, who will hunt her down like a fugitive.

Natasha doesn't appear again until 2018's Avengers: Infinity War, in which she's part of Captain America's team of former heroes on the run from the law, alongside Scarlet Witch and Vision. It's implied she met up with them sometimes before then, but the Black Widow solo film will surely shed some light on her whereabouts in the aftermath of Civil War, one of the most provocative eras in the MCU thus far.
Black Widow is at least partially set in Budapest, and is likely to explain the recurring references to the Hungarian capital city throughout Black Widow's tenure in MCU (remember Hawkeye's line from The Avengers: "You and I remember Budapest very differently") Likewise, the lack of backstory for the mysterious secret agent has long been a source of contention for MCU fans. She's hinted at the ill deeds she performed before joining Nick Fury in SHIELD, and Avengers: Age of Ultron showed a little bit of the trauma she endured while training to become a cold assassin, including executing bound prisoners and forced sterilization. Presumably, all the "red in her ledger" will be revealed when Black Widow hits theaters.

So while Playing Control, I found a journal which said that a bathroom is missing in Islamabad Beurue of Control. With Alan Wake and Control seems to be connected worlds. Even our city is in the universe as well. No wonder those Trail 5 and Trail 6 are haunted.
did you know you can see @NaNoW credited in the game too ? :p

What is peoples obsession with Battle Royale genre. 6 minutes to find a match, 3 minutes to setup a match, 2 minutes to land, 10 minutes for scavanging maybe 2 3 gunfigts and its over. Multiplayer landscape is looking absolute dogshit.
I tried playing Apex Legends once. Couldn't find a gun for 5 minutes straight. If I found a gun, I couldn't find the right ammo for it. Got killed fighting with my fists. Uninstalled it the next day.

I usually stay away from animes. Vinland saga changed the way i look at my life, and my experiences within. I recommend every breathing human being to watch this animated masterpiece at least once fromstart to finish.
After I watched it, I never felt like i watched a show. It was a friggin journey. I got way too attached to Thorfinn and seeing him grow up and find himself and get rid of all the negativity inside of him was just pure bliss.

I absolutely hate parry and Sekiro made me love it, i hate sci fi and Mass Effect made me love it. This is the definition of genre defining experiences.

With how great cod warzone has translated onto mobile. Mainstream Consoles have lost its value even further. Maybe console gaming was associated with TVs and how TV is not the primary source of media consumption anymore, consoles will lose its 200 million core audiences even further.
