Black screen helmet help

Asalam o Alaikum !

Yesterday i bought "Studds Flip Off Helmet Matt Black" and when i checked the helmet in home i realized that visor screen is "BLACK" and i heard black screen is prohibited to use it.

"The chief traffic officer said the Interior Ministry had already banned the use of helmet with black visor under the National Action Plan after Peshawar and Karachi terror incidents." (Source)

as soon i contacted shop, i got reply "this is not tinted visor, its a mild black for better vision in daylight , its not prohibited". I was confused so i also contacted head office via FB page and i also got reply from there that it is not a problem.

Please help me should i change into transparent one or not because it is really very good visor for daylight but i m still confused if it might create any problem or not.

And yea, day by day traffic rules are getting strict specially mall road, gulberg, liberty, dha, main canal road and kalma chowk. I see every day morning bikers getting their challan and fighting with the traffic warden. I suggest to use simple 1000 rupees wala helmet and obey the rules. FOR ALL OF US. If the dukan wala doesn't want to exchange helmet better to use it from now. Btw, what's your exact location??

i m from Karachi.. and here traffic police is OK with everyone nowadays as far as i notice (may be i m wrong)..

If the dukan wala doesn't want to exchange helmet better to use it from now.

no need to exchange bcoz it is double visor and front visor can be removed from front and can be replaced into transparent one... also 2nd visor is transparent one..

I suggest to use simple 1000 rupees wala helmet and obey the rules. FOR ALL OF US.

Here in Islamabad I'm using one with light brown shade, and Islamabad police being more strict, never have they stopped my either.

you can contact studds directly located in karachi and they can send by courier or else you can try murree road rawalpindi from where I got mine for around 3.5k
I think you can still get it for around 4-4.5k or get a single visor starting from maybe 2.5k, you can even open it up from front (ninja 3g) but I heard that it gets loose if you use it often, I dont use that feature so no issues.
