Best internet in my area?

Hey guys i am new here just made this account to ask this that what is the best available internet in my area.I am currently subscribed to 8mbps PTCL broadband but my speed sometimes get really low and low ping in games is really annoying,not the best download speed either.And upload is non existent.
I live in Gulzar-e-Quaid Rawalpindi.
Please give me your opinions.

Actually internet speed and accuracy depends upon your area. In Pakistan, PTCL is providing internet to all the other companies. Now i personally think that no company is better than ptcl in terms of bandwidth and speed but but sometimes ptcl is so annoying like you are saying. I think you should lodge a complain again and again and try to fix your internet this way.
Regarding other options, a member from Pindi can provide you better support if any other connection is doing well there or not.

i heard that ptcl is offering a good fiber GPON connection but saddly its not available in my area.

if you have good connections in PTCL, PTCL is the best service in Pakistan. There is no competition.
