I can sense no one gives a sh*t about this game anymore but what the hell, imma share it here anyway since ITS FREE and TRYING it doesn't hurt because its working Perfectly 'aright.

WHAT YOU NEED?
1. Battlefield Bad Company 2 RELOADED release
2. Latest Update (R11#795745), which can be found HERE. (Alternatively you can google the following keywords "BFBC2_PC_Client_R11_795745_Patch")
3. An account at BattlefieldEmulator website, which will be used to log-in the game's Multiplayer feature.
4. Nexus Emulator itself, a small file named "dinput8.dll". Can be downloaded from HERE. (Read their forums for any problems you face in game or post here)


WHAT TO DO?
- Install the game (The game requires a fresh installation to be able to update to latest version. Otherwise, the installer wont detect the game. Its a common problem if you have reinstalled the windows and have no registry file for the game). (Dont apply any SP crack)
- Apply the patch mentioned above.
- Copy the "dinput8.dll" file to the game directory. (Just copy the file where the .exe file to run the game exists)

There you have it. Now start the game and ENJOY !!! (sm1) (I am not sure if you really can but still (sm1))

I am talking about BFBC2, not BF3. I bought BFBC2 a month ago to test its gameplay. And BF3, I bought it when it came out.

Try going on their website (Battlefield Emulator - Play Battlefield Bad Company 2 Online!) and opening the ports mentioned there. Also, try to delete your 'BFBC2' folder in documents, that should help. If it still doesn't work, it's most likely a server side issue, wait a day or two and it should be okay. I had similar issues.

Need a little help. I have the RELOADED version and downloaded the 2.4GB patch. But it extracts to a temporary folder and then runs the updater after telling me my version which was 515195. So, what was the point of downloading if it's gonna use the updater anyway? Is it supposed to do that?

Anybody play this? I recommend this to everyone. It's a very smooth and stable game with good servers. Don't think twice, just play it! It's fun even with high pings! But I usually play on 170-270 ping which is still very smooth and fun!

OK. i've decided to give it a try. Have downloaded the game. But the patch is too big and speed is not going above 1 KB/s from gamershell torrent. Any good torrent for the patch?
If i download it from fileplanet using IDM, (As u can pause and resume with IDM), Will my download be resumed after I shut down and start the pc again?

Unfortunately not. But 2 PCs can just join a single server and play. And also because the stats are stored online, you can't hope to directly connect 2 PCs through a cable.
