Askar debit card for online shopping?

Hi can one please confirm if Askari bank debit card works for online shopping or not as their helpline says online cc works where as branch says debit card also works.
If not then I'll keep my funds in Meezan bank as they allow online shopping.

Only their CC works online, I've their DC and CC.

i think you need to call them for online activation or else it wont work

CC has worked everywhere for me, playstore/amazon/netflix/aliexpress etc.No hidden as far as I can recall. Just the annual card charges (which get waived too in some cases). The only hindrance is that one has to call to get the card activated for online transaction (takes 2 min) but in a way this stops you from impulsively buying stuff

hahaha nothing can stop u from impulsive buying xD

which one do you have n the annual charges?
I remember their classic card has around 3-4k annual charges which gets waived if u spend 5k within 60 days
