can someone share ping results of apex legends servers
with & without optimus gaming
i plan to shift to nayatel from ptcl
need to know what kind of pings do we get on nayatel

There isnt much difference on Nayatel as it uses PIE gateway same as PTCL, most of the time.
I shifted from PTCL to nayatel in July 2020, Found Nayatel gaming ping around 40 ms for Pubg same as PTCL fast path.

If you are using VDSL then simply turn on Fast path and its same as Nayatel fiber. Only difference is that Nayatel got Top Notch support and Technical teams to sort out issue in less than a day whereas on PTCL one kept calling them and they dont give a shit about consumer after sales.

PTCL VDSL doesn't have Fast path. I have used PTCL and the pings were horrible on SEA & EU as well. So no its not the same at all.

You will roughly get 100ms on SEA and 130ms on EU.
Nayatel is really good and really worth it.
