well, i was surfin around on their website to find out if their services were avalible in jhelum, doesnt look like that, not the most user-friendly site i have ever seen!

Right now, like RIGHT NOW, im getting 4.1 mbps.
Why is that?

On the other hand, i have VERY high latency.

Anyways, this is good news. Cheap as well.
Lets just hope that they can cope with the load and provide enough bandwidth.
