Anyone offering a patching job to activate my non-PTA approved Samsung S9 plus?

I already paid the full amount for a PTA approved phone but turns out the shop owner ripped me off as the phone stopped being approved after 2 months. So I can't afford to pay again to activate it.

U can complain against shopkeeper on PTA portal first then if no response go for citizen portal instead of getting in an illegal activity
