It probably still runs the same resolution as the XBX version. Even in their first comparison, DF said the 1080p on the Pro and 1440p on the X were virtually identical, the game has very heavy post processing.

Some more screens. The performance is extremely smooth and load times from fail-states are like 2 seconds.

Just because I resized them to 1080p so they don't exceed Adbload's size limit, doesn't mean it's equivalent to PS/XBO

But then again it probably doesn't do anything beyond the mid-gen consoles. Doesn't look like it has any newer assets or effects.

Nahi bhae, its not just about the 1080p res...like you said, it looks like the same game from past gen consoles. Lighting, shadows, depth of field...none of it seemed to have been improved against the Ultra settings on PC. Image quality is also super blurry on this next-gen patch.

It's a smooth 60 FPS at least. No console version was 60 FPS before this patch.

Imagine being so thick-headed to not have considered the previous platform where the game was played where the 4K upscale was done from a 1080p image and now being done from a 1440p image, hence noticing a difference.

Tried it, game looks soft! Turned off Chromatic Abb. immediately.

The HDR implementation is meh!

Also, audio language set to FRENCH!

Anyway, for now it waits in line with the rest!

Can't take screenshots directly, must use photomode! Bummer.

NXGamer claims PS5/SX run the PC Ultra equivalent settings, and have less drops than a 2070S @1440p.60.

Fox news strikes again. Lots of aspects are medium and shadow maps are static. Not surprised at the reporting here
