Few suggestions for the New PG Home Page.

I can be a little late, but here are a few things which i noticed on the New Home Page.

The Search Box:
Currently you can only access the search function from Home Page. I think it should be on header, instead of the middle of the page. That way it will be accessible from all of the site.

Active Discussions:
I think the font of the active discussions should be of same size. Right now, font of 1 Link is slightly larger than the next. It should be even.

Latest News:
We are missing the heading & icon on the Latest News section.
And also The heading of news(white) can be a little difficult to read on the light green background.

These changes might seem minor, but these are kind of things which make the difference between a good site and a great site...

Also, I created some Headers for the game pages. Here they are...

I also created an image for the Review of the RE4. For Home Page. I think that can add a nice touch....

OMGWTF THAT'S SO COOOL! <3 Although you would want to slice the image and make the "read full review" a separate button. It's done with the "slice" tool in Photoshop.

1) OK I will add the search box on the top on all pages..

2) Opps..that was my mistake..only a small CSS bug..will fix it!

3) this is a tricky part..may require some more coding about putting the latest news block title! and I will change the heading color from white to something more visible..

I will get back to the images games images part later..(in a hurry right now) BTW good job..I have some suggestions for this..will post later..

slicing is only required when the image is very large... This image is relatively small....

Thanks inferno... i will wait for your suggestions...

bilal bhai i have a question, is it okey if i use the wacky face image as sort of my signature for posting news on the main page. You know, my trademark.

Also , i would love it if some one with decent photoshop skills could put the word Chandoo on that image in a good looking way and give it to me. An even better signature.

I think the icon should reflect what the news is about. Not about the person who posted it. :p

Like the Killzone 2 news you just posted. It should have a killzone icon.

You can use this image as icon of the news...

yaar but then you'd have to find a new icon for every news lol, better to have a signature i'd say.

I've seen websites where a member who posts news has his own special icon thats where i got this idea of mine from

Well..I already said..if possible post a news image, if you don't have a image for a news story then use your icon/image or whatever looks good...(should be 75x60 pixel in size)

But as usman said..it's for the news..not for representing the user!

i dont know if its a bug or not , but i`m not seeing coverart and release date etc on the review pages. they should on the right but they arent there !

    I tried playing Apex Legends once. Couldn't find a gun for 5 minutes straight. If I found a gun, I couldn't find the right ammo for it. Got killed fighting with my fists. Uninstalled it the next day.
