As mentioned above, need a GOOD 4k monitor as soon as possible.
Budget 40k max, otherwise I will just get a new one for a bit more.

• Must have 5ms or less response time,
• IPS preferred but others will do,
• No dead/stuck pixels or any scratches on the LED itself, must be in very clean condition
• Will need 1-2 weeks of checking warranty at least.
