3000 is way too low for a gaming GPU. You need at least twice the amount for a GPU capable of playing any modern games at all.
Last year my GPU suddenly died, so i needed a temporary one for cheap because i was short of cash for a proper replacement. I searched the market and bought a GTX 580 (1.5GB GDDR5 384bit) for just 6,500 Rs. It was surprisingly good for the price. I was able to play some of the latest games like Far Cry 5 & Call of Cthulhu on it, while some other games like Need for Speed Payback stuttered due to the limited VRAM. It was definitely the best GPU i could've bought for the price and was fully satisfied with it.
I was later also able to sell it for a similar price:

So if anyone is looking for a good GPU in low budget. I would definitely recommend the GTX 580. You can probably still buy it from the market for similar or lesser price. Please do note that you need a heavy PSU for it though, and a 6-pin + 8-pin power connectors (you can use an adapter, if you lack one).
