Hello and AOA everyone,

I'm selling my old pc that has served me quite well. The 2nd gen package includes.

Processor: Intel Core i5 2500k
Mobo: Asus P8Z77-M
RAM: 16gb Samsung 1600Mhz (4x4gb sticks)

The CPU ran stable at 4.5Ghz with my cooler and had no problem running the latest games. It's performance with this overclock is comparable to 6th-7th Gen i5 CPUs.
The reason for selling is because I'm upgrading to Ryzen.

Location: Lahore
Demand: SOLD
Preferred method of dealing: H2H - You can come and check everything out yourself.

P.S The pictures only show 2 ram sticks because I've lent the other 2 to my friend to check on his new build. He has since returned them.

no unlocked mode is a drawback, you get what you get

    lets see if 4A delivers
    Link
  • Necrokiller Necrokiller:
they likely made engine improvements as well so all things considered the console output is about as expected. Full RT suite was never gonna happen
    Link
  • Chandoo Chandoo:
yes, the benchmarks you shared which showed how a 2060 is reportedly trailing behind in the 1440p/60 FPS mode, and we can't do a proper RT comparison because you can't unlock th FPS on console to see what kind of overhead there is :p

i just showed the benchmarks, but whatever i guess

DLSS Is the real game changer as I have said many-a-time
    Link
  • Chandoo Chandoo:
not with RT and DLSS off at least :p
    Link
  • Necrokiller Necrokiller:
but looks like 2060 is pulling above its weight with North Light engine
    Link
  • Chandoo Chandoo:
that a $500 console is able to be in reach of a 2080/3080 is an incredible thing in itself
    Link
  • Necrokiller Necrokiller:
there can't be universal equivalent since every engine performs differently
    Link
  • Chandoo Chandoo:
we dont know if the settings are equivalent but the results vary with every developer, there's no universal equivalency right now
    Link
  • Chandoo Chandoo:
Gears 5 on X reportedly runs same spec as 2080. The Medium runs with DRS from 1440p to 4K on X which is equivalent to 3060Ti to 3080 on a linear scale
    Link
  • Necrokiller Necrokiller:
this is all also assuming that base settings are all maxed
    Link
  • Necrokiller Necrokiller:
lets see if performance mode can stick to a stable 60fps, or if its variable
    Link
  • Chandoo Chandoo:
1220p is such an arbitrary number, I have to imagine its just to ensure there are no drops from 30.
    Link
  • Chandoo Chandoo:
wait im sorry i misread that, 2060 with RT off is not even hitting 50 FPS
    Link
  • Necrokiller Necrokiller:
assuming the consoles have a stable frame rate... lol
    Link
  • Chandoo Chandoo:
so the consoles are outperforming it
    Link
  • Chandoo Chandoo:
the 1440p RT off is in the low 50's at max. The consoles are offering 1440p/60 FPS ...
    Link
  • Necrokiller Necrokiller:
1440p is higher than 1220p though...
    Link
  • Chandoo Chandoo:
    we dont know
    Link
  • Chandoo Chandoo:
not really .. the developer hasn't unlocked the frame rate
    Link
  • Necrokiller Necrokiller:
2060 is basically outperforming the next gen consoles here., and thats without DLSS
    Link
  • Necrokiller Necrokiller:
    Thats also 1440p.... not 1220p
    Link
  • Chandoo Chandoo:
if it was in the 50 fps range that'd be a notable difference, they likely just locked to an arbitrary resolution to ensure locked performance.
