ws brother, afaik h440 have 3 x 120mm and 1 x 140mm nzxt Fnv2 fans which have about 1200-1300rpm(cant exactly remember) but those dont make much noise unless you're really close to em then it would be noticeable but only slightly could be your h45 kicking in i dont know much about h45 tho, could...
i have a chaser a31 case with 2 x 120mm sickleflow's as exaust(on top) and 2 x thermaltake silent 120mm fans as intake(on front) and a 212x for 4770 non k i have never gotten above 30c on idle 55c on full load(gaming, rendering etc) and 60c on stress testing on cpu and overall case temps are in...
i got a ftw 1070 last month which i imported from usa it has samsung memory my uncle bought it from microcenter and it was restocked a day before so micron or samsung thats just lottery i guess and some guy posted on reddit and newegg about his evga ftw 1070(with samsung memory)catching fire and...
i've been using gd since it launched and i never had any problems it has been always accurate for me, inaccuracy depends on how you define a game as playable most people are used to playing games at low settings with fps in the 20's to them its fine but many prefer maximum performance gd's aim...
i think it will be fine if you dont plan to overclock i personally dont know much about dell's psu's but a q6600 have a max tdp of 105w and 8320 about 125w so its only 20 more watts i cant say much about overclocking with that psu though you can try but with amd's stock fan its not a good idea...

You're going for a pretty old processor plus its amd their single core performance is very poor and you chose a pretty expensive mobo for a budget build get intel what i would recommend under 70k is
Intel Core I5 6400 - Rs 20500
Asus H110M-D D3 - Rs 6700
Seagate Baracudda St1000DM003 1tb - Rs...
no dont make the decision of buying a laptop over gtx 1000 series card 860m is not that good anyways waiting is the better option imo, oh and 1070 will be 380$ on launch if you can afford it than great if not there is gonna be a 1060 which would be in your range if you cant wait, go for a 970...
380x will be around 30k, 960 is a good choice since 380x has about 8% more performance than 960 i'd say go for 960 since it fits your budget and tiny performance difference isn't worth the money imo and r7 370 doesn't even come close to the 960's performance and about the link you found it...
one more thing if you do plan on getting the 280x be sure to ask them if the card really is tri-x toxic edition because the one in the picture is a dual x and the tri-x one is with 3 fans and its black and yellow.
While the 280x is fairly decent even in 2016 and will manage 1080p but it wont for long with polaris and pascal both getting out soon i would say wait until the're released cause you can get a gtx 960 for 24k right now, when pascal's out the prices may decrease or who knows maybe you can get...
The problem you are experiencing could be from many things but you must check and rule out one thing at a time, the error amd driver's has stopped working could be due to software conflict or corrupt files from when you first installed the drivers, use a program like driver sweeper to completely...
no idea how that is a steal by wasting 3500 rupees per month and for games that are removed before you can finish them off.xbox gamepass is garbage with no local prices

Just finished Diablo 4 season in hurry to play Fallout 4 but gamepass released another banger in the form of Star Wars on April 25th. Gamepass is a steal man.
Is it just me or people lately seem to defend every bad game design decision made by the devs and try to give bullshit reasons for that? Or perhaps it's because I'm on reddit and discord
