    i didnt had console for me .. only sega mega drive and that for too long as i got a computer then so i gifted it to my cousin .. contra and etc .. i played on arcade machines at game shops .. !! . GTA V etc is crap i also dont like those .. too much craziness ..

    i think .. maybe those rams are not same !! specs wise . thats why maybe windows have problem .. did u try to boot with only ur new ram ? .. atleast u can check that new ram is ok or not !!

    i changed the whole system .. motherboard / processor / ramon win 8.1 .. and it took it fine .. w/o any problem !! .. did ur system boot in safemode ? .. or any other windows like 7 etc .. also if u have Win 8.1 dvd .. (get it if not) .. then try to repair install something ..
