    I was thinking of switching isp as well but in dha only ptcl and wateen are available . and from what i have heard wateen has poorer ping than ptcl which are quite average to begin with so i am reluctant to switch

    try and download witcher 3 , your location is Islamabad right? if so then this seems to be a wide spread Ptcl issue ( they usually have their submarine lines in a tangle) or an issue with PSN (highly doubtful but possible). but try to download witcher 3

    this is a very weird problem, I think we should wait it out and I m sure it will resolve itself (or atleast I hope). I downloaded fifa16, killzone shadow fall , plants vs zombies garden warfare 2 without any problem but witcher 3 and patches for BF4 , Uncharted 4 cause problem

    i m on ptcl as well and facing similar problem, all one bar servers in BF4 But in hardline i get 3-4 bars ping on almost all European servers my guess is they reduced the no of servers for BF4 in prep for BF1

    I bought the game and from my experience ping varies from lobby to looby I have got into lobbies with 150~ ping with 3 bars and 400+ ping lobbies with one bar and surprising not that much lag
