    Zong's customer service is a joke, they don't even know if I already have filed a complaint. They just tell me that your complaint has been forwarded. lol. I wonder how many thousands complaints they have to forward to actually get a problem settled.

    Where do you live? I have roamed around almost all of Lahore and 99% of the time I was connected to LTE with good speed.

    Exactly....(y) I wonder how people are getting good speeds with zong, my experience with zong was pathetic all over Lahore. Never got more than 1 mbps.

    Can anybody please tell me how are people getting so good speed on zong 4g. In the start of there 4g service they were pretty good, around 15mbps. But now I can't seem to get more than 1mbps anywhere in Lahore. Switched to warid and now getting consistent 7-8 maps everywhere in Lahore.
