    It really depends on how long you have been playing if its less than a year a mmr of under 1500 is fine, just try to read a good guide of your favourite heroes and follow their recommended item and skill builds.

    I did get in touch with him, he's getting them for me at a pretty good rate. As Ask said these keys aren't exactly clean, a Key costs $3 on the store and $2.3 on the steam market. The local sellers sell for around $1.5 as they acquire there keys from 'other' sources.
