You need to create just one single bridged WAN interface without any VLANS. And then mention VLAN in the router. Depends on the router.

You also have VOIP profiles. Do you have any phones connected with your PTCL ONT?
If the internet started working after disabling IPTV profile, then you are all set.
For IPTV I think you will be connecting your setup boxes with the PTCL ONT.
