At my ptcl connection upstream and downstream both are varying more than 50 % in range. Eg down stream at time shows -2 to 7 and upstream shows 7 to 12.3.(SNR values) Can Any one guide the reason plz. Ptcl complaint guys sucks big time in error finding.
