    Always take a nandroid backup of your IMEI/QCN before upgrading And have you checked your IMEI by dialing *#06#? It its empty/null then you're out of luck, You have to get it done from market. Also try to go back to stock by flashing android 13 firmware, You can find guides at XDA.

    *Disclaimer* Changing phone's IMEI is illegal so buy a proper phone with Tax paid. Although Phones can be updated if the phone's imei was changed via proper way, it still can be updated via root method but IMEI will become null once you update it.
