    Couldn't do that, the menu said that the space was unusable and I couldn't do anything with it.

    I shrinked about 40 GB from my C and it was showing up as "unallocated" Did I need to do something more to it?

    it said unusable. and I couldn't do anything with it on the ubuntu installer.

    Also, I rea online that you can't have more than 4 partitions, is that true? If so I already have 4, like 3 partitions plus 100MB of reserved space which is being counted as a partition I guess.

    Hey, I shrunk my windows 10 partition to make space for ubuntu, but the installer says the space is unusable.
