It my was first thought as well, that the HDMI is causing issues. But last night I tried it with a DVI and VGA monitor and faced the same issue (black screen as soon as windows boots). I tried it with fresh install of windows, old windows, new drivers, old drivers and facing same issue. So it seems to be a hardware error (I posted that 2 of the SMD capacitors have broken off, that should be causing the issue).
The problem now is to identify and find similar capacitors in the market. I can easily solder them, if I find them. Will definitely update the thread if I progress. This is exciting
