Sorry to disappoint you but I did not make it. Some guy on Deviant Art did. I am also a noob in art stuff (though i still try to make things). I have designed a few desktop layouts and etc stuff. but not banners or signatures. Sorry for the delayed response.
The Blu-ray that is available online is IMAX copy. The scenes with no black borders were filmed with IMAX camera and the one with borders were filmed with regular camera. So that's why the aspect ratio continuously switches throughout the movie.

Have you tried seeing wether the folder is 'read only'? Right click on the folder nd select properties.
