    A few weeks ago I purchased a 2nd hand 60 GB PAL PS3 with cfw 3.55 running all games from hardisk. I checked the system for 2 days it run very fine with no problem. Then after few days my games start freezing and ps3 automatically shutting down. And then i got the yellow light of death. I took it to the Imperial market of Sadar Rawalpindi. He gave me my system back running fine again. But yesterday i opened the ps3 upper cover to clean the dust and when i put the cover back to ps3, started the system, system did not show xmb nothing visible and constant red light and then it shutdown. From then again ylod every time i switched on.
    What should i do i wasted almost 30k on this ps3 please help me. If i reball my Gpu or Cpu how much life will my ps3 gain. Please hlep me.

    Dude I'm planning to purchase 360 Slim (Unmoded)..I'm confused regarding the drive thing because I have to get it modded. Can you tell me which drive is better in terms of supporting Firmwares???

    Thank You for your reply and advice Sir.... i will as advised and report back Sir..... there is one thing once it gave display but it showed last screen i was on and screen color was distorted with silver lines

    helo Sir.... i need advise for a ps3 prob... when i turn my ps3 it is usually black no display and rarely shows last screen i was on and the screen color is distorted......i tried to go to recovery mode still no display.. i think it is a GPU problem... should i apply thermal paste?.. i bought it in 2008 and its 40gb... I will really appreciate ur help Sir.. thank you..
