Get a core i5 with a asus p7p55 mobo. 4gb of ddr3 ram. do you want a psu and a casing as well within the 85k?
from the remainder moneh, get a decent 22 incher, and a graphic card. check if you can get something like a 5850.
also post your query on the helpdesk forums. 85k is a lot of money, im sure youll get good suggestions. and yeah, use profile messages for communication. -

I dont think games have looked any better since 2019 onwards and they are performing worse and worse. Game developers have really dropped the ball.
