how old are you anyways and where in lahore do you live?? when it comes to these things... google is your friend... search the hell out of it... people do not do squats or things like that in the gym barefeet anymore cuz it can hurt them... feet have more different bones than anyother part... they are very delicate... and you need to strengthen them... for that remember the barefoot running idea... over some course of time that will strengthen them... but doing your acrobats wear knees/elbows/feet protention... wrap yourself up... cuz baby it is very hard on your body... and many bodybuilders/atheletes/martial artists destroy their career with bad joint injuries... ankles/knees/back/shoulders.... and that is also why you need a little bit of weight training to add more bone mass.... ofcourse that would require good calcium intake aswell... be well my friend
