  • haha nahi i meant playing with you will be practise. offline kia practise hoti hai? banda pit kay hi seektha hai.
i will when i see him next. im going to start playing sf4 again since AE is almost out, so lets spare some time. i really need to practice :D
ahh, sorry you saying asad threw me off :) Hi Faraz. Facebook id is Ali Ihsan, though i'm not that easy to find on the general listings, tell me yours, i'll add you.
And I don't have a PS3, bro. I play on the 360. =\ But since regular meet-ups are held in Karachi like the recent one at Saad bhai's house, maybe you could kick my ass there and show me a thing or two. Haha. Did you guy play a little Tekken at the last meet-up? I couldn't come because I've got my O level papers to study for these days, but hopefully over the summer I'll be able to attend all these events. :D I remember you mentioning somewhere that you show Saad bhai the ropes of Tekken. Anyways, so who do you think are the Top 2 players then? Nin and Knee? And also, what do you think about MadDogJin? His Hwoarang is sooo good, man!
Hey, sorry about this rudely late reply, man. But thanks for the link! :D Yeah, I know those guys, Rip mains a beast Steve got 2nd place at EVO2k10. Their videos always looked very helpful but I never got along to watching any cause they were so looong! xD Haha, but I did because of you so thanks. :) And I've started watching videos of that player and learning Lars. But I haven't dropped off Hwoarang completely because I feel I've come "kinda" far with him. lol, like I can do most of his intermediate combos and I'm starting to better understand his moves and pokes. So I'm learning both characters simultaneously.
yeah evthings good, i recently picked up a copy of tekken 6 to practice some characters before TTT2 hits the console.
Aww, man... Just when I was getting the hang of him (I think?). xD Haha, it's cool, I'll switch to Lars since you're the pro. :D And yeah, I think I get the concept of sidestepping and juggling. I realize that Tekken is a lot more about defensive play since a small mistake can cost you like half your life, so I know punishing moves is the most important thing. But that's where the problem arises... How do I know what moves punish what? =\ Like I watched a few tutorial videos of Hwoarang and they gave me his punishing moves from 10 to about 15 frames (and I found his frame data too), but the problem is... How do I know if the opponent's moves are -10 or -15, or whatever? I can't find the frame date on every character so that's the problem...
How about none? Haha, to be honest, I've been playing Tekken since Tekken 2, but only at scrub level. I never got much into the game, I didn't even know combos existed until I started playing SFIV. xD And Hwoarang's the only one. So you can assume I'm a total noob that just knows a few basic to intermediate combos with Hwoarang. lol
Hey, man! You seem like you're quite a beast at T6. lol, so I was wondering if you could hook me up with some tips for a beginner Hwoarang player? :D
