Whatever charji was being used, main reason behind its closure is its performance as compare to Ufone Blaze and coverage. PTCL needed to operate a separete coverage and frequencies for charji and very few people were using it because of other MBB devices in the market.- zafarabbasrizvi

Since A32 doesn't support Ufone VoLTE, it is bound to downgrade to 3G/2G from 4G during calls and sms. Nothing strange untill here. As far as network sticking to 3G after call and H+/E non functionality could be a network issue specifically at your location. Try this at different location or try...- zafarabbasrizvi

By default VoWiFi is disabled on xiaomi phones. Have you enabled it by dialing *#*#869434#*#* and enabling it from sim settings and selecting preferred call on wifi?- zafarabbasrizvi

Because it doesn't support Jazz VoWiFi. Every network has unique VoLTE and VoWiFi algorithms saved in modem as IMS or Bin file. Your device might have Jazz VoLTE or an identical file of another network. That is why VoLTE is working. But doesn't have VoWiFi supported file.- zafarabbasrizvi

It seems that not only Telenor, but also Ufone may be nearing its end. For a few users, my Ufone app has been changed to uPTCL, a one-stop app for all PTCL services including Ufone, Flash Fiber, DSL, telephone, and Charji, etc. My guess is that after the merger of Telenor, the brand name will...- zafarabbasrizvi

You can also check your Ufone VoLTE activation status by inserting your SIM card into another capable device. If VoLTE works on that device, it means the issue isn't from Ufone's end but rather with your device. I had a similar experience where I enabled VoLTE by dialing a code, but I wasn't...- zafarabbasrizvi
