lol, bhai g you cant set up ISA settings, ISA is the server which is installed @ your cable walas office, and even if you could access it you wont be able to make any changes to it, its a failry complex process which requires basic knowledge of networking and Security managment which i am guessing by your posts you dont have .
Also you'll only get banned from Live, your 360 will work ok offline you just wont be able to play online...
usmannnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn i have msged u a 100 times but u neva repli ................................. i have been tryin to get onli9 for the last one month and have reached no where .... i have cable net when i try to conect it directly wid ma 360 it pases the ip address(when it is on automatic on manual it fails) .............. after pasiing ip it fails dns its goten xtremeli iritating wht should i do ............ i have tried the dns which u obtain by clickin ur double ur network connection icon ............................ those dns also failed wht should i do grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr it has goten veri iritatind and wtf in the world in isa.............i cant understand nufin!

yes it is safe to update but do not play online because there is a big chance of getting banned because of gta4, they might be collecting information with this new update that's why my suggestion to u is not to update or connect ur 360 live at the moment. -
