    Is anyone else on PTCL getting mad packet drops too? It's been unplayable for me, on EU servers at least. Seriously pissing me off. Can't wait till Nayatel gets active here next month...

Usually I manage to connect to most games with around 180-200ms after 12 am or so, but now it's like 270ms min and well above 350ms during peak hours.     Just wanted to confirm if PTCL's underwater cables or whatever are still damaged. Getting very high pings on the EU servers of pretty much every game I play. Does anyone have a workaround for this? One of those gamer VPN apps like battleping or lowerping maybe?
