    Think it all depend on your line condition i am on fiber and there is no such thing as throttling on 25Mbps con i get 25 down 25 up you are facing throttling according to you is bec at peak time normal cables are getting chocked bec number of users

    PTCL GPON slow uploading!!

    i have same issue on my gaming pc IE i only get 3mb upload speed crome i get 8mb while my old laptop i get full 25mb upload speed i think its some kind of hardware related issue for me

    on vdsl then no difference between gpon and vdsl i guess other then 20-30ms ping

    I asked one more person about fiber upload speed he said on vdsl you get 50% your download on fiber you get 75% but why i am getting symmetrical speed
