    hello today i got new modem from ptcl for some reasons.but download soeedget reduce. before with old modem it was ok. my internet package ptcl 8mb unlimited.i was getting 800 t0 900 kbps download speed but now its not going above 300 kbps. already file the complaint.but you guys check it. thanks

    i already upgrade to 6mb but speed is not increasing.even complaint about it at 1218 but 5 days ago but still nothing.

    they are running a scam.i just talked to a guy at exchange.he told me its not possible to run 6mb on my line.so they cannot do anything.but people on cal centers encouraging custmers to upgrade. they even told me to upgrade to 10mb.its my good luck i didnofall in trap.the line which even cannot...

    i complaint on twitter and helpline but they did nothing.no body even bother come anc check. i call them again today but same reply we forward your complaint. what should i do now.i am thinking to degrade back to 4mb package if they cannot resolve my issue.
