Btw, Conscript's drive is unlocked, without any hardware hack at all (the drive is still sealed) I flashed his fw to a spare drive board and locked that to make it easier for him to get it remodded

well PCB is costing nearly 6.5k right now ... and IC arent available ... and i just modded a september and november 2010 0225 drive and it turned out to be a MXIC .. wrote LT1.9 to it no probs .. on the other hand ... encountered a xbox august 2010 but the drive was a winbond ... so i guess its just a matter of luck ... get yours checked .. might be a MXIC ...

You might have a winbond chip and the method does not work with it. I see you are bugging both me and faizy. Both of us will give the same answers, we keep the other in touch about these things
yes all lite-ons cannot be modded ... winbond chips are not working .... will have to look at ur box then can tell if its windbond

I dont think games have looked any better since 2019 onwards and they are performing worse and worse. Game developers have really dropped the ball.
