I have observed this from TES forums as well. It is quite disappointing that they can't handle such low number of customers at this time and their payment system is worst compared to other ISPs.

I have heard that FUP policy for 10Mbps,20Mbps,30Mbps stormfiber packages is 1TB,2TB,3TB data download(threshold) respectively and after that speed is decreased to 1/5th of the package and I confirmed from Stormfiber too. I want to ask if anybody has crossed this limit and FUP has been applied...
I am also getting 180ms . But ptcl shows the normal ping. Problem occurs in 2nd last to last hop. Dont know what is the problem . Complained them but no resolution yet.

Avoid Fiberlink like a plague.Very bad internet and customer service. If PTCL GPON(not ADSL or VDSL) is available in your area , go for it without second thought.

I emailed them about sgp ping issue and they said there is a planned maintenance activity going on one of our upstream providers from 18th to 24th May. So there can be latency/ping issues.
